UHMW POLYETHYLENE

UHMW has a very low coefficient of friction. Frictional wear on unlubricated surfaces in contact with UHMW is less than with any other plastic. UHMW also displays extraordinary resistance to abrasive wear by gritty materials. It is recommended for use at temperature ranging from -250°C to 82°C. Standard mill shapes are: sheet, rod, tubular bars and profiles.
